Stage: DTC health product with a subscription app and real traction — $1M a month and compounding at 15% MoM

We’re building the future of proactive health and already serving tens of thousands of paying customers every month through a DTC SaaS subscription model. Our product is novel and our moat is wide, with 3 years of R&D behind it.
You’ll step into a profitable rocketship that’s gone from $0 to a million a month in less than 1.5 years with only two people in marketing — one part time Media Buyer and one part time Video Editor. We want to bring on an obsessive Media Buyer (and first full time marketer) to lead and scale our paid marketing on Meta. There is no legacy nonsense, no bloated team, and no rulebook.
What you'll do to take full ownership of paid media across Meta:
- Ad Analysis: Analyze Meta ad performance data to inform creative iterations and enhance campaign results.
- Write Briefs: Write detailed creative briefs for static and video Meta ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Meta Ads Expertise: Develop and execute high-performing Meta ad campaigns, leveraging deep knowledge of platform algorithms and trends.
- Collaboration with Editors: Work closely with video editors to guide creative output, ensuring consistency and quality.
Who You Are:
- Extensive Meta Ads Experience: Proven track record of creating Direct Response Meta ads.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze ad performance data and make data-driven creative decisions.
- 5-8+ years of experience creating Direct Responsevideo ads on Meta at a fast-moving DTC brand.
- Obsessed with psychological triggers, funnels, and conversions (sales).Please be prepared to answer the following:
- Please share examples of past performance. We’re specifically looking to understand where the ad accounts were when you started versus where you grew them to over your tenure at the brand.
- Describe your process analyzing campaign and ad performance in the ads account.
- How are you thinking about psychological triggers when preparing a brief?
