About the Opportunity:

The Head of Storytelling role leads a team to bring this mission and product vision to life across various channels, ensuring narratives resonate with audiences ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a high-impact group of content and social marketers.
• Shape the organization''s voice on trust, security, and technology across blogs, organic social, and emerging channels.
• Build a content engine that influences pipeline, improves GEO and LLM visibility, and connects brand storytelling to business outcomes.
• Own the organic social strategy, including channel selection, approach, and partnerships.
• Pilot new formats, mediums, and distribution tactics, and develop playbooks for repeatable success.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to tell key organizational stories and align with product, communications, and performance marketing.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience turning creative ideas into measurable business impact, with leadership experience in content or editorial teams preferred.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline through storytelling.
• Expertise in SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search, with the ability to make content effective across these areas.
• Strong editorial judgment and performance discipline.
• Comfortable experimenting with new formats and channels and discerning the right approach for each idea.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments.
• Interest in security topics and the future of online trust.

Compensation:
• Base pay ranges are provided for all US-based job postings and are benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts depend on candidate location, skills, experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
