About the Opportunity:
The organization delivers AI solutions that integrate into business processes, enabling teams to develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. This role leads global growth strategy and operations, focusing on demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing operations to drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
• Lead global demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, ABM, and GTM strategy to drive new pipeline and customer expansion
• Build and evolve a multi-tiered ABM strategy for targeted experiences across verticals, segments, and deal stages
• Manage marketing operations, including attribution, reporting, scoring models, and campaign performance dashboards
• Partner with sales leadership on growth goals, territory coverage, and pipeline acceleration strategies
• Drive integrated campaigns across field marketing, partner marketing, and SDRs for high-value account conversion
• Deliver repeatable, scalable program frameworks aligned to quarterly goals and innovation
• Mentor and lead a team of growth marketers, campaign managers, and marketing operations professionals
• Collaborate with product marketing and brand to ensure consistent positioning across channels
Requirements:
• 10+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience in demand generation, marketing operations, and ABM
• Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue at enterprise scale, supporting pre- and post-IPO growth
• Deep understanding of ABM best practices, including partner ABM, 1:1 personalization, and integrated outbound programs
• Experience managing and scaling global marketing operations, tools, data, attribution models, and predictive scoring
• Strong partnership skills with sales, SDRs, and RevOps to build alignment and accountability
• Experience launching multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, events, and high-value content
• Ability to transition between strategy and execution across leadership and hands-on teams
• Highly analytical with proficiency in marketing tech stacks, CRM systems, and reporting tools
Compensation:
• The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $205,000 and $280,000 USD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
