About the Opportunity:

The organization delivers Ava, an AI Sales Teammate designed for high-velocity sales teams, offering real-time guidance before, during, and after calls via text, voice, or avatar. Ava helps sales professionals work more efficiently, saving 6–8 hours weekly. The Director of Product Marketing will lead the go-to-market strategy for AI sales solutions, collaborating across teams to shape messaging, drive product adoption, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product marketing initiatives, including product positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for launches.

• Collaborate with content marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to develop content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, and videos.

• Oversee successful launches of new products and features by developing and executing launch plans and campaigns.

• Utilize market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to shape messaging and ensure product alignment with customer needs and industry trends.

• Partner with sales and solutions teams to create training materials, product demos, and messaging guidelines for effective sales enablement.

• Collaborate with product management to translate customer insights and competitive analysis into actionable product roadmap inputs.

• Continuously analyze and refine product marketing initiatives to align with business goals and maximize impact.

• Refine and scale core messaging for the AI product suite, ensuring alignment with market demand and customer use cases.

• Align product marketing efforts to pipeline contributions, measuring impact on awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital campaigns and sales enablement.

• Use Martech and Revtech stacks to track and report on key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within enterprise software, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

• Direct experience launching an AI solution from concept to market.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product value and differentiation.

• Proven ability to work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

• Experience conducting customer interviews, developing personas, and gathering insights for product marketing strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, competitive trends, and campaign performance to inform and optimize marketing decisions.

• Experience in high-growth startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and create clarity in fast-changing conditions.

• Collaborative and self-directed, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
