As a Marketing Manager at RedGIFs, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and driving marketing growth. You will work closely with the marketing and community teams to execute, monitor, and oversee the brand strategy in order to meet both user needs and business goals.

About You
- You’re a confident self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unconventional spaces
- You have experience managing marketing across multiple channels, with a strong grasp of performance metrics and how to move them
- You’re driven by getting results — whether it’s solving a growth challenge, scaling a new channel, or seeing a campaign land. You’re not afraid to dive into the data, try bold ideas, and chase down what works
- You’re naturally resourceful, love solving problems, and have a bit of a growth hacker streak — always testing, iterating, and pushing things forward
- You’re great with people — from creators to partners — and know how to communicate clearly, build rapport, and strike smart, favourable deals
- Bonus points if you have experience in the creator economy, social growth hacking, adult space, or media spaces
- You’re open to travelling, attending industry shows and events, and representing RedGIFs
About the Role
This role is project-based and requires the following tasks and deliverables:
Measurement & Reporting
Build and maintain a master tracking sheet to measure:
- Off-site impressions (Reddit, X, IG, etc.)
- Owned reach across platforms
- Branded search volume & trends
- New Direct traffic and referral patterns
Work with the team to surface actionable insights, trends, and opportunities
Channel Oversight & Growth
Oversee and optimise all existing owned and paid channels, including:
- Social media
- Paid CPM campaigns
- Establishing approaches
Identify, acquire, and activate new channels and tactics, including:
- Other adult/clipper networks
- Strategic acquisition of owned social accounts
- Creator CPM program
- RG Widget deployment (on partner and creator sites)
Campaign Delivery
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns that elevate RedGIFs’ brand, support creator acquisition, and drive traffic
- Collaborate with our creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life with a consistent tone and identity
- Collaborate with and utilise external connections and sources
Strategic Brand Development
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer to evolve RedGIFs’ brand identity and positioning.
- Ensure consistency across all channels and help push RedGIFs into wider cultural relevance (inside and outside adult).
