You'll take ownership of marketing strategy, digital growth and brand development from day one, working closely with senior leadership to drive ticket sales and business growth. This remote-first role offers the autonomy to build a high-performing marketing function while making a visible impact on the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to drive ticket sales, brand awareness and audience growth.
• Own and optimise the full customer journey across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, affiliates and other digital channels.
• Lead brand campaigns, content creation and commercial partnerships to maximise growth.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse data and report commercial outcomes to senior leadership.
• Build, lead and grow the marketing team in line with business expansion plans.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role within a consumer-facing business.
• Strong expertise across the full customer acquisition and retention journey.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, affiliates and marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, brand and content teams.

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000Location: London (Remote-first)
