About the role

Our client is a B2B SaaS company that helps organisations build trust and reach through employee advocacy and executive influence on social media.

B2B buyers increasingly research solutions before speaking to Sales. They look for useful resources, credible customer stories and independent reviews to help them decide. The company already has a strong content programme and is looking for someone to take ownership of producing and publishing that content consistently and to a high standard.

As Content Marketing Executive, you’ll turn ideas, research and strategy from the Senior Marketing Manager into finished work: reports, case studies, emails, reviews and content adapted for different formats. You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and help shape the company’s first dedicated content function.

This is a delivery-focused role with clear ownership of real work. You’ll manage content from brief to publication, making sure it ships on time, reaches the right standard and supports the wider marketing plan. As the content function grows, there will be room for you to take on more responsibility and develop your career.

The company is also exploring new ways to make content more useful and engaging, including interactive tools, calculators and AI-powered experiences. You won’t need to arrive with all the answers, but you’ll have the opportunity to explore ideas and help bring them to life.

The marketing team’s goal is to generate high-quality inbound leads that become qualified opportunities. Content helps earn buyers’ attention and trust, and gives them the evidence they need as they move through their buying journey.

What you’ll do

  • Own the content production pipeline. Manage content from brief to publication, including first-party data pieces, resources, blog content and gated assets. Keep projects moving, meet deadlines and maintain a consistently high standard.
  • Create case studies and customer proof. Turn customer results into case studies, quotes, statistics and proof points for Sales and Marketing. Gather the details, write them up clearly and keep the company’s customer evidence fresh and credible.
  • Build newsletters, emails and LinkedIn articles. The Senior Marketing Manager sets the strategy; you’ll write, assemble and publish the content, making sure it looks polished and goes out on schedule.
  • Manage third-party profiles and reviews. Keep the company’s profiles on buyer research platforms, particularly G2, accurate and up to date. Help generate and manage reviews so the company’s presence reflects the quality of its product. The Demand Generation Lead owns buyer intent signals from these platforms; you’ll own the profiles and reviews.
  • Repurpose content across formats. Adapt podcasts, courses and certifications, reports, employee advocacy content, social posts and emails for different channels, so strong work reaches more people. The Senior Marketing Manager owns the podcast and learning programmes; you’ll help their content travel further.
  • Support product and feature launches. Create course updates, feature pages, help content and sales enablement materials that explain new features clearly. You’ll work from messaging set by the Social Lead and alongside the SEO Lead, who owns the website and search strategy.
  • Use AI to work efficiently while protecting quality. Use AI to support drafting, research, repurposing and production, applying your own judgment and protecting the company’s tone and credibility.
  • Help develop new formats. You may script podcasts or how-to content, working with the Senior Marketing Manager and freelance editor on production.

Who you are

  • You have at least two years’ experience in a content, marketing or communications role and can get up to speed quickly.
  • You’re a strong writer who can turn research or a rough brief into clear, credible, well-structured content with minimal guidance.
  • You’re organised and reliable, able to manage several pieces of content, keep them moving and meet deadlines.
  • You care about quality and attention to detail, and take pride in a finished piece, not just a published one.
  • You’re comfortable with the practical side of content production, including formatting, building emails, working in a CMS and laying out content cleanly.
  • You’re interested in B2B, how buyers make decisions and what makes content genuinely useful.
  • You’re curious about new content formats and ways to make content more engaging.
  • You’re comfortable using AI in your workflow and know where your own judgment needs to lead.
  • You’re happy to own clear deliverables and be accountable for them.
  • B2B or SaaS experience is a plus. Experience with engagement tools, case studies, research content, email or review platforms such as G2 is also welcome.
