The Role
We are searching for a tenacious, sales-focused, and results-driven SDR to lead outbound efforts within the APAC market. You will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation and ensuring our commercial team’s pipelines are consistently primed with qualified opportunities.
This role requires a "hunter" mindset. You’ll use our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to research and connect with key decision-makers via cold calling, social selling, and tailored emailing. As a forward-thinking organization, we lean heavily into AI-driven workflows to give our team a competitive edge.

What You’ll Do
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound activity (80-100 touchpoints daily) across phone, LinkedIn, and email.
- Strategic Research: Navigate complex company structures to identify the right decision-makers and get past gatekeepers.
- Relationship Building: Qualify leads effectively, ensuring every prospect you pass through is a genuine fit for our clients' goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure messaging is sharp, local, and aligned with client strategy.
- AI Integration: Actively use and experiment with AI tools to optimize your prospecting and stay ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
- Local Market Experience: Proven experience in Australian or APAC-based inside sales or business development.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You can hold a confident, professional conversation with a C-suite executive just as easily as a middle manager.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
- Grit & Coachability: You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You take feedback on the chin and use it to improve immediately.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of output.
Remuneration & Benefits
We believe in rewarding high performance with a package that reflects the Australian market and the specialized nature of this role.
- Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Uncapped Commissions: Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $100,000 – $115,000+ in your first year. We don’t cap your success.
- Flexible Working: We are a remote-first culture that values output over "desk time." Work from home.
