Role Description

Re is looking for a Social Media Specialist (contract) who is chronically online. If you live on Twitter, can’t resist dropping into crypto debates, and know the culture and memes of Web3 inside and out, this role is for you.

This is not a “strategy” role — it’s a get-in-the-weeds, daily engagement role. You’ll be the one liking, commenting, DM’ing, and amplifying on behalf of our team. Think of it as running point on social growth, making sure we’re everywhere that matters, and building our presence brick by brick.

What you’ll do:

• Be on Twitter all day — liking, commenting, quote tweeting, DM’ing — to grow our reach
• Engage directly with key voices in crypto, DeFi, and tech startup culture
• Help spin up social growth experiments and track what’s working
• Manage posting and scheduling for Twitter (and help with LinkedIn, TikTok, Medium when needed)
• Provide quick reports on engagement and community growth

Qualifications

• Chronically online — Twitter is your second home
• Deeply interested in crypto, Web3, memes, and tech startup culture
• Strong writing voice (casual, funny, quick — not corporate)
• Comfortable with repetitive engagement work and staying consistent
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in social media or community growth is a plus
