WordPress Developer to build a professional website

Seeking an experienced WordPress developer to build a professional website with Events & Payments. Client is an established small consultancy and training business. Full details and spec, will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

Build a professional website for a small consultancy and training business. The site will be the main platform to showcase services, enable contact, and allow booking and payment for training workshops (with room to scale into future offerings).

This is a lean but robust build: clean design, strong UX, secure foundation, and the right integrations (events/booking, payments, mailing list, SEO, etc.). No unnecessary customisation – reliability and scalability are the priorities.

The full detailed specification will be shared with short-listed developers for quote. To be considered, please send a covering note explaining your experience with WordPress, Stripe and TEC and provide:

• Examples of similar projects you have delivered (ideally with events/booking + Stripe integration).
• A short explanation of your approach and how you keep websites scalable and secure.
• Your location/time zone and whether you work as a freelancer or agency.
• Any ongoing support/maintenance options you offer.
