On behalf of Raison Home, we're looking to fill an newly created role of FRANCHISEE SUPPORT MANAGER.

In this role, you aren’t just a manager; you’re a mentor, a troubleshooter, and a brand champion. You’ll be working closely with our franchisees to ensure they have everything they need to design stunning spaces and run profitable businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Support
You will be the first port of call for our franchise partners, offering expert advice via video calls, email, and on-site visits regarding:
Marketing strategies, prospecting, and closing sales.
General business management and financial health.
Technical troubleshooting and supplier relations (pricing, samples, etc.).
2. Ongoing Training & Technical Development
Providing expert support on CAD software (Winner) and VR technology.
Training on our bespoke internal IT systems, including our CRM (Gesteos).
3. Events & On-boarding
Coordinating and attending network events, including trade shows, supplier visits, and quarterly meetings.
Organising social events to keep the "Raison Home" community spirit alive.
Assisting in the seamless on-boarding of new franchisees as they join the family.
4. Brand Advocacy & Reporting
Collaborating with international colleagues (France and Belgium) to report on UK network performance.
Working with suppliers and consultants to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness in the UK market.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in Kitchen Design is desirable.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must be able to build rapport and explain technical concepts clearly.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CAD, CRM systems, VR hardware, and design software.
Mobility: You must have your own vehicle and a valid UK driving license for travel to franchisee locations and events (mileage will be fully reimbursed).
Independence: As this is a mostly remote role, you must be self-motivated and organised.
Benefits
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible), Monday to Friday
Pay: £17 per hour + expenses
Location: Mostly remote (Work from home) with occasional travel for in-person support and events - with full mileage and expense reimbursement.
