GTM EngineerLocation: Remote (United Kingdom)

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to become the technical growth engine behind a growing commercial organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Data and AI, with responsibility for building the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that drive pipeline generation, improve conversion rates, and help scale revenue more efficiently.

If you’ve built your career improving commercial performance through automation, AI, and scalable go-to-market processes, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to make a significant impact across the entire customer acquisition journey.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the continuous improvement of the go-to-market engine
  • Identifying inefficiencies across the customer acquisition journey and implementing scalable solutions
  • Building AI-powered workflows that improve the productivity of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Developing automations that reduce manual work and increase speed of execution
  • Evaluating emerging AI and GTM technologies that improve commercial performance
  • Creating systems that help the organisation scale without proportionally increasing headcount
  • Building AI workflows that automate prospect research, account qualification, and market intelligence
  • Automating the creation of customer-facing content including sales collateral, presentations, and outreach campaigns
  • Developing systems that streamline proposal creation, RFP responses, and customer communications
  • Designing and optimising outbound prospecting workflows while supporting account prioritisation and engagement strategies

What we’re looking for

  • Experience building systems, automations and workflows that improve commercial performance
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and customer acquisition processes
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across commercial functions
  • Experience supporting prospecting, account qualification, and pipeline generation activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Comfortable evaluating and implementing new AI and GTM technologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starters with a proactive mindset and a focus on driving measurable business impact
