Email Marketing Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist at QIN X Forensic. The Email Marketing Specialist will plan, build, and execute email campaigns to engage subscribers, share relevant forensic content, and nurture leads. Daily responsibilities include drafting and designing email copy and layouts, segmenting lists, scheduling sends, and optimizing campaigns for deliverability and engagement. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies based on data insights. This role will collaborate with content and marketing stakeholders to align email initiatives with broader brand and audience goals.

Qualifications

• Marketing Analytics skills to measure performance, interpret campaign data, and inform optimization decisions.
• Strong Communication skills to write clear, engaging email copy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Lead Generation experience to design email flows, funnels, and campaigns that convert subscribers into qualified leads.
• Marketing Automation knowledge to build workflows, triggers, and nurture sequences that scale email outreach.
• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing Software to create, test, and launch campaigns, manage lists, and ensure deliverability.
• Understanding of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in forensic, legal, or educational content environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
