🔍 What Are We Looking For

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Product Operator to join our early team. You’ll work directly with the founder to scale the ProductMasters community, platform, and digital products, helping us execute experiments, run content and automation systems, and grow our network of professionals and partners.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to build, test, and grow in public—and is excited by the idea of shaping a movement in product thinking.

✅ What Experience We Want

• Strong experience (3+ years) in Product Management, Product Ops, or Growth roles.
• Familiarity with community building, content systems, or digital product platforms.
• Previous exposure to no-code tools, automation, or AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Zapier is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog.
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL, BigQuery, or similar.
• Comfortable using no-code tools and automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Webflow, or Notion.
• Comfortable with startup ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English required; Spanish a plus).
• Strategic mindset but very execution-driven—someone who ships.
• Ability to work async, manage your own time, and thrive in a distributed environment.
• Passion for Product, Growth, and creating value-driven experiences for users.
• Bonus: Experience launching newsletters, communities, or micro-SaaS tools.
