Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role
The Digital Channels Officer will play a key role in managing and optimizing PrimeGlobal’s digital channels, ensuring consistent, engaging and high-performing content across all platforms. This role is essential in driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth through effective digital marketing and communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and update the firm's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, current and aligned with brand guidelines. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the firm's social media presence, creating and scheduling written and visual content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and client communications, ensuring high quality content, high engagement and compliance with best practices.
- Content Creation & Management: Work closely with the wider Marketing & Communications team to develop compelling content (written, visual, videos, presentations) for all digital channels.
- SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO best practices and utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor performance and inform strategy.
- Digital Advertising: Assist with managing paid digital campaigns (PPC, social media advertising) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure a consistent and effective digital presence.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure digital communications adhere to data protection regulations, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and design capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website management, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., Craft), email marketing tools, and analytics software as well as Microsoft office.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills (including Excel and collaboration tools like Trello).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role,
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Skilled in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
