Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (APAC) to lead regional marketing strategy and execution. Based remotely in Australia, this role will work closely with the APAC Sales and Marketing Department and report directly to the APAC Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, ideally in the construction or SaaS space, and bring a passion for storytelling, strategic thinking, and campaign execution.
You’ll own the marketing calendar for APAC, develop content, manage PR, collaborate with clients and industry leaders, and drive awareness and lead generation efforts that align with our ambitious growth goals. You’ll also support sales, events, and client engagement efforts across Australia and internationally (especially New Zealand and the UK).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the APAC construction market
- Own the content pipeline, creating and publishing case studies, emails, social posts, video testimonials, blog articles, and more
- Engage with clients and industry influencers to support advocacy, partnerships, and customer storytelling
- Lead planning and execution of Premier-hosted events and trade shows, including national client meet-ups and major expos like Sydney Build and BuildNZ
- Manage public relations, including press releases, award submissions, and media engagement
- Localise global marketing content and brand messaging to fit the regional tone and market context
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to align on strategy while owning APAC execution
- Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs to inform future activities
- Support sales enablement with regionally relevant collateral and lead generation tools
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within construction, SaaS, or B2B technology
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of written content
- Demonstrated experience leading campaigns across multiple channels (email, events, digital, social)
- Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content management platforms
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with clients and external partners
- Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and internationally
