Strategic Marketing Consultant

PREDICTION is building the AI workforce for national security. Our secure infrastructure and mission-ready AI agents help defense, intelligence, and homeland security teams turn scattered data into completed operational work, faster and with humans in command.

Our team includes senior leaders and practitioners from the intelligence and national security community. We are working with some of the world’s most sophisticated national security customers and have drawn interest from leading global investors.

We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Consultant to help shape how PREDICTION is positioned, presented, and understood.

You will work closely with the CEO to define the company narrative, sharpen our messaging, and build a clear marketing strategy for customers, partners, investors, and recruits.

What You’ll Do

• Define PREDICTION’s positioning, messaging, and brand strategy.
• Turn complex technology and mission workflows into a clear, compelling story.
• Shape the company narrative across customer, investor, partner, and recruiting materials.
• Lead product marketing, thought leadership, content, communications, and major announcements.
• Work directly with the CEO, product team, national security experts, and federal growth team.
• Help establish PREDICTION as a leading company in AI and national security technology.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Direct experience in national security, cybersecurity, defense technology, intelligence technology, or a closely related field.
• Proven startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience working with or marketing to government, defense, intelligence, homeland security, or other public-sector customers.
• Experience supporting venture capital fundraising, investor communications, or company storytelling for investors.
• Located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, or Canada.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

• Experience at a leading defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, or national security company, a venture-backed unicorn, or a Global 2000 company.
• Relevant companies may include Palantir, Anduril, CACI, Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, RTX, BAE Systems, CrowdStrike, Recorded Future, or similar organizations.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally well, and still do the hands-on work.
