What You’ll Do
• Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Build campaigns that speak to IT leaders, business owners, and decision-makers
• Repurpose content from blogs, decks, and webinars into bite-sized social assets
• Monitor trends, respond to DMs/comments, and grow our follower base
• Coordinate with sales & leadership to promote wins, services, and updates
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy for reach, engagement, and leads
Qualifications
• Love writing and creating tech-friendly, business-savvy content
• Know how to turn a service into a story
• Can design basic social graphics (Canva is fine!)
• Understand the difference between personal and brand voice
• Know how to use hashtags, post timing, and paid boosts strategically
• Bonus: Experience in B2B, SaaS, telecom, or managed services industries
