We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. In this role, you will plan, create, and manage social media content while collaborating with marketing and creative teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Experience with social media scheduling or analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with legal authorization to work full-time.
