PleatPak® is an innovative alternative to traditional flat wraps and boxes, offering a more functional, practical, and customer-friendly packaging experience.
About the Role
PleatPak is seeking a creative, hands-on Brand Marketing Specialist to build our marketing function and increase awareness of our innovative food packaging solution. This role will drive content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, social media, and sales enablement efforts while helping position us for continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Develop content for social media, website, email, and sales materials
- Produce videos, testimonials, case studies, and brand storytelling content
- Manage and grow PleatPak's online presence
- Support sales with collateral, presentations, and ROI-focused marketing tools
- Build relationships with influencers, industry partners, and media outlets
- Track campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications & Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
- Video editing and graphic design experience preferred
- Portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns or creative work, required
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Compensation
- $60K base salary
- Generous performance-based bonus plan
