Role Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to support digital marketing initiatives and manage social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and overall digital growth.
The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop and implement effective content strategies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts and engage with online communities.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging captions, visuals, and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Support paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to identify content opportunities and audience insights.

- Support SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives where needed.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva or similar design tools).
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging digital content.
