Plannex Scale is a growth marketing agency working with ambitious financial services firms. We help them win attention, generate demand, and grow in a crowded market. We are now hiring a Growth Marketing Assistant & Content Editor to join our awesome team.

This role is built for someone at the start of their career, or at the beginning of a career change, who wants real responsibility, fast learning, and a clear route into financial marketing.

The role

You will work across video, content, client delivery, and internal operations. This is not a narrow editing role. You will be involved in the engine room of how we run and scale client accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Joining our Videographer and Growth Marketing Assistants on client filming days
• Editing video content from shoots into high-quality, high-impact videos designed for short attention spans
• Supporting the Growth Marketing Team with day-to-day client work
• Assisting the Head of Agency with client servicing and onboarding
• Working closely with our design team to produce high-performing social media content
• Supporting the creation of email campaigns and other lead generation assets
• Taking clear notes in meetings and tracking actions and progress

Experience and skills

• Experience editing video is essential
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve and other video editing software
• Financial marketing experience is not required
• Organisation, attention to detail, and reliability matter more than formal qualifications
• You MUST be able to live and work in the UK.
