The Role

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to own client relationships and lead campaigns from strategy through to delivery. You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients and collaborate closely with our technical and content teams to drive growth.

This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time or senior roles as we scale.

Ideally, you'd be available weekdays 10 am-2 pm, but we’re open to flexibility.

What You’ll DoSEO Strategy & Execution

• Site audits, keyword/competitor/content gap analysis
• Metadata & content optimisation
• Technical improvements: crawl logs, redirects, schema, hreflang
• Develop content briefs & collaborate with our writers
• Content audits and performance monitoring

Client Communication

• Lead client calls and performance reviews
• Deliver clear reports and recommendations
• Train clients in SEO best practices
• Identify growth opportunities and help accounts thrive

Process & Delivery

• Keep delivery organised across multiple clients with clear priorities, next steps, and follow-through
• Help improve and document repeatable SEO workflows so client accounts run smoothly

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency side preferred, all considered)
• Strong SEO skills (HTML/CSS/JS understanding a plus)
• Experience supporting ethical, brand-safe link acquisition (digital PR, unlinked mentions, competitor backlink gap research, and relevant citations/directories)
• Excellent communication: you're confident leading calls, writing emails, and explaining strategy
• Track record of success improving organic visibility and traffic
• Comfortable managing a client portfolio independently
• Proficient with GA4, GSC, GTM, Screaming Frog, SEMrush/SE Ranking (or similar)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, etc
• Fluent, native-level English
• Bonus: experience with international SEO and hreflang
