We help retailers and brands streamline their eCom operations by connecting their e-commerce, ERP, WMS, POS, marketplace systems and more,  with our robust iPaaS platform.  As we continue scaling across the UK, Europe and the US, we're expanding our in-house marketing function and looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketer to take ownership of our digital growth engine and make a measurable impact on our business.

What You'll Do

As Senior Growth Marketer, you’ll own Patchworks’ digital growth engine end to end. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving consistent top-of-funnel demand, improving lead capture and nurture, and ensuring every campaign and channel is performing against growth targets.

You’ll act as the internal owner of growth, campaigns, and analytics, working closely with external agencies, Content & SEO, Sales, and Marketing Leadership to turn strategy into measurable results.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and delivering real business  impact.

Digital Performance & Analytics

  • Own HubSpot campaigns, tracking, and attribution
  • Monitor and report on funnel performance:
  • Traffic/Signals → Lead → MQL → SQL
  • Build dashboards and insights leadership can trust
  • Identify conversion drop-offs and optimisation opportunities across channels
  • Work with Partnerships & Sales on lead quality, scoring, and feedback loops

Lead Capture & Nurture

  • Own website conversion performance in collaboration with Content & SEO
  • Improve landing pages, CTAs, and form strategy
  • Build and optimise lead nurtures (including emails) workflows in HubSpot
  • Segment audiences by ICP, intent, and engagement
  • Support longer sales cycles with consistent, value-led touchpoints

Campaign Ownership & Execution

  • Own campaign strategy, planning, and prioritisation across the funnel
  • Build and manage always-on and quarterly campaigns 
  • Translate business priorities into campaign briefs for agencies and internal teams
  • Coordinate with Content & SEO to activate content through campaigns
  • Own campaign calendars, messaging alignment, and go-live coordination

Experimentation & Growth

  • Own the experimentation roadmap (channels, messaging, formats, audiences)
  • Run structured tests with agency and internal teams
  • Make data-backed recommendations, even with imperfect data
  • Balance quick wins with longer-term growth initiatives

Paid Media Oversight (Agency-Led Execution)

  • Act as the internal owner of paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • Brief and manage the PPC agency on:
  • Campaign objectives
  • Target audiences and ICPs
  • Messaging and landing page alignment
  • Review performance, challenge results, and guide optimisation priorities
  • Ensure learnings from paid media feedback/align into organic, content, and website strategy

What Success Looks Like:

  • Increased qualified website traffic
  • Higher lead capture and MQL conversion rates
  • Clear campaign ownership from creation to reporting
  • A repeatable, scalable growth motion — not just short-term spikes

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses
  • Proven track record of owning campaigns and growth outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting)
  • Funnel analysis and attribution
  • Managing paid media agencies (strategy and oversight rather than day-to-day execution)
  • Experience working in lean or scaling teams
  • Highly analytical and strong commercial awareness
  • Strong brief-writing and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable interpreting data and making recommendations
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, beyond just lead volume
  • Ownership-driven and outcome-focused
  • Confident challenging agencies performance using data
  • Comfortable testing without perfect information
  • Pragmatic, fast-moving, and growth-oriented
