Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on organic growth to drive brand awareness, inbound traffic, and qualified lead generation through non-paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building momentum through content, SEO, community engagement, and creative distribution strategies rather than relying on ad spend.

You will own the execution of our organic marketing engine and be directly responsible for increasing visibility, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across content, SEO, social, and community channels
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and social media posts
• Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and internal linking
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube where applicable
• Build and nurture online communities, partnerships, and brand advocates
• Track and report on organic growth performance including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Identify new organic distribution opportunities and test growth experiments
• Maintain brand voice, messaging consistency, and editorial standards

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in organic marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience managing social platforms for business growth
• Comfort with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of buyer journeys and conversion optimization
• CPMA certification from patchplan.io

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM systems
• Experience growing organic traffic from zero or early-stage levels
• Basic design and video editing skills
• Understanding of technical products and complex services
