• Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (digital, social, email, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Gather and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize strategies
• Monitor industry trends and provide competitive analysis
• Design and analyze surveys, user studies, and market reports

✅ Requirements

• 0–4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI)
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
