The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth on a base salary plus commission structure. This is a full-time, fully remote role, suited to a senior sales professional with strong digital advertising knowledge and a consultative selling style.
You will own the full sales cycle while working closely with our marketing and consulting teams to ensure high-quality delivery and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
- Lead consultative sales discussions with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client outcomes
- Maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, media agency, or consulting sales
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Social Media, and Programmatic advertising
- Ability to sell strategic, high-value service offerings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting
