Email Outreach & Automation Specialist for Online Job Platform

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

We are seeking a Email Outreach & Automation Specialist with excellent research, organizational, and English communication skills, and proven expertise to:

• Prospect contacts, setup and run automated outreach email campaigns & generate leads
• Manage & implement platform email prompts (notifications, newsletters, etc.)

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in contact prospecting, email automations & lead generation
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding leads targets.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent grammar.
• Proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy with a growth mindset.
• Tracking results (opens, replies, meetings) and improving each week
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the following tools:

-Prospecting – find, organize, clean and verify emails

-Automations

-CRM

-Notifications & newsletters

Responsibilities:

• Source and create lists of target audiences
• Verify emails and keep lists clean and current
• Set up and run cold email sequences
• Personalize messages at scale
• Test subject lines and CTAs; iterate based on results
• Keep emails landing in inboxes; adjust volume/settings if needed
• Update CRM fields and stages; avoid duplicates
• Hand off warm replies to Sales and schedule calls
• Track opens, replies, meetings; keep a simple dashboard
• Share a short weekly summary: wins, issues, and what’s next
