Part-Time Content Manager (Visual, Beauty-Led, and UGC-Savvy)
Job Description
Posted on: June 26, 2025
We're looking for a part-time Content Manager to help us elevate how we plan, produce, and manage content. This role is perfect for someone who’s deeply visual, creative, organised, and genuinely passionate about skincare, beauty, and empowering women.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute our content needs across the year, based on our marketing calendar (promotions, launches, seasons, etc.)
- Plan and brief monthly shoots (UGC + professional)
- Source creators, manage product sends, and coordinate timelines
- Write clear creative briefs for creators and photographers, ensuring everything aligns with our brand vision
- Review incoming content and make selections based on brand aesthetics and needs
- Organize final assets in Focal (our content library) and prep them for multi-channel use (website, emails, ads, social, etc.)
- Partner with our creative team to ensure everything stays cohesive and elevated
- Collaborate with me directly, plus sync with the marketing team and our e-comm manager where needed
Key KPI:
Maintain a stocked and organised 4-week rolling content library in Focal
What we’re looking for:
- You must be highly visual — if you don’t have a strong eye for aesthetics, this role won’t be the right fit
- A creative background — you know how to brief content, not just manage it
- Strong organisation and communication skills (you’ll be juggling multiple timelines and people)
- Someone who’s proactive and thinks like an owner — you’ll have support, but we’re counting on your eye and initiative
- Experience with UGC or content production is a big plus
- A deep connection to the skincare and beauty space — ideally, you’re someone who is our audience (millennial or Gen Z woman who loves skincare, beauty rituals, and women-led brands)
Details:
- Hourly role, part-time (under 20 hours/week to start — with potential to grow)
- Flexible hours, remote
- We use content across our website, emails, ads, social media, and more
- You’ll have access to our editors (photo + video) when needed
Compensation:
$20–40/hour depending on experience
Location:
Preferably based in the US (or Americas), but open to EU or East time zones for the right candidate
