Oxford Leadership is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing & Digital Project Manager to support our Head of Branding, Marketing, and Digital Products. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about executing impactful marketing initiatives and managing digital projects from concept to delivery. 

Working Hours: Flexible (Global Team Collaboration in CET and PST Required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in creating briefs and specifications for initiating projects
  • Plan and prioritise the project pipeline according to business strategy and needs
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Branding, Marketing, and Digital Products to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Support in managing vendors to execute marketing campaigns, digital products and online programme development. 
  • Support the Head of Branding, Marketing, and Digital Products in coordinating digital product launches and updates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reports to track key metrics on campaign performance to optimise future initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, updates, and presentations for key stakeholder meetings to keep them informed and aligned, as well as get strategic input and direction on key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, and digital product execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and impactful reports and updates.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team.
  • Experience with project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design tools is a plus.
