OrgShakers are a global team of seasoned HR practitioners with extensive experience working in and consulting organizations of all sizes and across multiple sectors. We are seeking a versatile and creative part-time, contract, Freelance Content Creator to join our team. For further information about our organization, please visit www.orgshakers.com.

Position Overview:

As a part-time, contract, Freelance Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing compelling, polished, and strategically aligned digital content that resonates with senior HR professionals and corporate audiences. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit digital content across platforms (social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, presentations, promotional materials, etc.)
  • Design visually appealing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with brand voice and strategic goals
  • Manage content on WordPress and optimize posts using SEO best practices
  • Support webinar and virtual session logistics using Zoom
  • Maintain and update content calendars and marketing timelines
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas into engaging, digestible content
  • Upload and manage contact interactions via CRM platforms (experience with CRM systems is a plus)

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, ideally in a freelance or consulting capacity
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and WordPress
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing best practices
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) and what drives engagement
  • Experience working with senior HR professionals or corporate clients
  • Exceptional communication skills with a personable, confident approach that earns stakeholder buy-in
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • CRM system experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

This is a part-time, contract, freelance role offering flexible hours with occasional deadlines tied to project milestones. A competitive hourly rate will be offered to commensurate with experience.
