What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for company leaders, including travel arrangements and meeting scheduling
- Conduct research on industry trends and the current political landscape
- Maintain communication flow during high-pressure campaign periods with proactive reminders and follow-ups
- Develop and improve scheduling systems based on team needs
- Assist in social media management by creating content calendars and amplifying the employer's voice across platforms
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Remote Executive Assistant, or in a relevant administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
