UK Remote
Ocho People are proud to be partnering with a well-established cyber security business as they build out their global channel function. They are now hiring a Global Channel Marketing Programs Manager to take ownership of how the company markets through and with its partner network worldwide.
This is a senior, strategic hire for someone who has built and run partner marketing programs before and wants the scope to do it at a global level. You'll act as the connective tissue between central strategy and local execution — setting the direction, tools and structure that let regional teams run partner marketing consistently, while staying accountable for the commercial results it drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and annual roadmap for global partner marketing, aligned to revenue and growth goals.
- Own how partners are engaged, activated and supported across every region the business operates in.
- Build campaign kits, playbooks, messaging frameworks and enablement content that regional teams can run consistently.
- Create scalable, repeatable models for partner campaigns, training and senior-level partner relationship building.
- Define success metrics and reporting — partner reach, participation, activation, campaign adoption and pipeline influence.
- Analyse performance and partner feedback data to spot trends, guide investment, and sharpen the program over time.
- Lead cross-functional planning across channel sales, regional marketing, demand generation, enablement and content teams.
- Work with regional teams to localise global programs while protecting brand, messaging and measurement standards.
- Establish templates, governance and ways of working that make partner marketing efficient and easy to scale.
- Oversee the creation of partner-facing assets, from campaign kits to enablement guides and promotional collateral.
- Report progress, risks and results clearly to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets, agency and vendor relationships to keep delivery on time and on spec.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in channel or partner marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, cloud or cyber security.
- A track record of leading partner marketing programs, integrated campaigns or enablement initiatives at regional or global scale.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, cloud partners and global system integrators.
- Experience setting program goals, KPIs and reporting frameworks tied to real business outcomes.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across sales and marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution — comfortable owning a program end to end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across regions, time zones and matrixed international teams.
- Open to occasional UK or international travel as required.
