The Role:For candidates with previous experience in CRM.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, data-driven, and highly strategic CRM Manager to join us on the ground floor. This fully remote role will give you full ownership of all things CRM. From building lifecycle journeys and retention strategies to player segmentation, campaign execution, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with the Head of Casino and CEO to bring your vision to life, but you’ll be expected to take initiative and lead from the front. There’s no handbook here; we’re looking for a self-starter who can build, analyse, optimise, and repeat. If you know what it takes to maximise player retention, create world-class journeys, and keep players coming back for more, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies from scratch

●    Own the full player lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention

●    Design and launch targeted multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, onsite, push)

●    Create smart, scalable player segmentation strategies, including building a fully functioning VIP structure for launch

●    Build strong relationships with third-party platform providers and work closely with their account managers to ensure smooth implementation, automation, and ongoing optimisation of CRM campaigns and player journeys

●    Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour data to drive insights and continuous improvement

●    Create detailed reporting dashboards to monitor CRM KPIs and ROI

●    Collaborate with the design, content, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

●    Work closely with compliance to ensure all CRM activity is fully aligned with regulations and responsible gaming standards

●    Regularly review and optimise communication strategies to boost LTV, reduce churn, and increase reactivation rates

Requirements:

●    3+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry, ideally with a strong focus on online casino

●    A deep understanding of player psychology, lifecycle stages, and retention best practices

●    Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools — knowledge of Customer.io is a strong advantage; familiarity with platforms like Optimove, Hubspot, or Salesforce is also beneficial

●    Strong analytical mindset — confident in extracting insights from data and turning them into strategy

●    Proven experience setting up segmentation models, loyalty programs, and personalised journeys

●    Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, in a fast-paced startup environment

●    Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your domain

●    Excellent communication and organisational skills

●    Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
