Search Engine Optimization Specialist - Fully WFH

We are on the hunt for an SEO Specialist to join our growing team!

• $90k - 100k + Super (Depending on experience)
• Fully Work From Home Role (100% remote)
• 9 day fortnights (every 2nd Friday off)

We are a fully work from home Australian-based digital marketing agency with team members working from all across Australia.

We work 9 day fortnights with each team member getting every second Friday off! There’s no extra hours required on other days to make up for this and it doesn’t impact on your annual leave or pay, it’s just a bonus day off every fortnight!

About you

Firstly, you absolutely live and breathe SEO, it comes naturally to you and you enjoy nothing more than implementing on-page and off-page SEO for your clients and seeing the result of that work pay dividends. You pride yourself on your ability to problem solve. Figuring out challenges whether they be learning how a new CMS works, a specific technical problem on a client’s website, or building out content strategies for your clients to execute on. SEO is a dynamic industry with ever evolving opportunities and you thrive and get genuine enjoyment from seeing the results of your work.

About the role

As an SEO specialist you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, working on both identifying and implementing opportunities on and off our client’s websites to improve their SEO rankings, traffic, lead generation and/or revenue.

You will deal directly with your clients to strategise and communicate wins and opportunities.

You will be working alongside a like minded team of specialists who you can bounce ideas off and problem solve together to achieve the best outcome for your clients.

Your day to day responsibilities will include;

• SEO strategy creation & implementation
• Performing technical reviews of our client’s websites and landing pages and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Implementing technical improvements on our client’s websites where possible or briefing in developer resource where needed.
• Working with our other SEO specialists to manage design & development projects and ensure they launch with a strong SEO base
• Working with clients and creating SEO optimised content (or working with their content writers) to review, improve and upload content to our client’s websites

This role is fully remote which means you won't have to worry about a daily commute and can spend that extra time on a happier and healthier work/life balance.

Selection Criteria

• Proven background in hands on SEO (Minimum 3+ years experience)
• Ability to build strong professional relationship with clients from a range of industries
• Google Search Console & GA4 expertise
• Master of Screaming Frog/other similar tools
• SEO Technical (hands on implementation) experience
• Agency experience is very beneficial
• Be hungry to learn and constantly improving your skills and knowledge
• Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
