Junior Influencer Talent Manager

Navigation Media Group is seeking a Junior Influencer Talent Manager to help grow our influencer representation division. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who is truly passionate about social media to turn that passion into a career. This role provides applicants with the opportunity to build and grow their client list while exploring synergies with our company's actor, director, writer, IP and influencer clients and our network/experience in the entertainment industry.

Requirements

Social Media Passion and Awareness: Deep interest in social media trends, major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencers with an instinct for what engages audiences.

Relationship-Building Skills: Natural communicator who can build trust and rapport with influencers and brands.

Adaptability and Quick Learning: Eager to learn and adapt to the constantly evolving digital and influencer landscape.

Compensation

COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION IS EXCLUSIVELY COMMISSION BASED. THERE IS NO GUARANTEED SALARY.

Location

This is a full time, remote, contractor role based in North America and able to work in the Pacific time zone. 

Responsibilities

Discover and onboard emerging influencers, guiding them in all aspects of their careers.

Support clients in developing career strategies and navigating brand partnerships through negotiations and campaign management.

Leverage your experience with influencers and brands to ensure seamless collaborations and communication between clients and partners.

Continuously sign new influencers, focusing on both established talents and rising stars.

Manage a high volume of brand deals for your clients, maximizing the value of every negotiation.

Explore overall synergies between traditional and digital/social media.

Additional Desirable Experience:

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.

Proven track record of negotiating and securing exclusive contracts 

Experience with influencer marketing CRM platforms.
