Marketing & Operations Specialist

Nasoft is hiring for one of our clients, a mission-driven publishing company dedicated to creating educational and culturally relevant books for children. The company focuses on producing Montessori-aligned content that inspires a love of learning and strengthens cultural identity. They recently launched their first title and are expanding their presence through Amazon and partnerships with bookstores. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Website
• Plan and schedule content (Instagram, Facebook), run basic ad campaigns, and grow engagement
• Assist with product listings, optimization, and performance tracking
• Research and contact independent bookstores and distributors
• Respond to inquiries and manage order-related communications
• Create simple visuals for social media and marketing
• Help with scheduling, email management, and other business tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing & Operations Specialist
• Experience in small business operations, publishing, or e-commerce preferred
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Shopify/Amazon Seller Central
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
