Marketing Specialist

We are hiring Marketing Domain Experts to support a high-visibility. This role is focused on real-world marketing execution, campaign operations, and domain expertise — not AI development or modeling.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional with deep experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across digital channels.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and performance channels
• Support campaign operations, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, and operations teams
• Evaluate campaign performance against defined KPIs (CTR, conversion, ROI, engagement, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and business objectives
• Contribute marketing insights based on practical, real-world experience

🎯 Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 7+ years of direct experience in the Marketing domain
• (Only marketing experience will be counted; overall experience is not considered)
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
• Digital Marketing
• Campaign Management
• Marketing Operations
• Performance / Growth Marketing
• Media & Platform Marketing
• Agency or Enterprise Marketing
• Hands-on experience with:
• Campaign execution and optimization
• Marketing analytics and reporting
• Client or stakeholder-facing marketing roles
• Ability to clearly explain how marketing decisions are made in practice

➕ Good-to-Have

• Experience working with large brands, platforms, or agencies
• Exposure to marketing tools and platforms (ad platforms, CRM, CMS, reporting tools, etc.)
• Experience supporting regulated, enterprise, or high-scale marketing environments
