Marketing Specialist

We are seeking experienced Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our AI training and evaluation team. These remote, freelance roles involve contributing directly to the development of next-generation AI systems used across global marketing workflows.

🔍 Open Role: Marketing SMEIdeal candidates bring strong experience in:

• Digital marketing strategy
• Performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, PPC)
• Marketing analytics, attribution, and measurement
• CRM, customer journey mapping, and segmentation
• Content, creative workflows, and campaign optimization

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated marketing outputs for accuracy, insightfulness, and domain reasoning
• Annotate and validate marketing datasets to improve AI model training
• Review campaign-related model responses (copy, strategy, segmentation logic, performance insights)
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine model behavior for real-world marketing applications
• Bring industry knowledge around current tools, channels, metrics, and best practices

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related fields
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or a closely related domain
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, analytics tools, and channel strategy
• Experience with CRM, AdTech, MarTech, or performance platforms (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, SFMC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows (prompt design, model evaluation, annotation) is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide structured reasoning
