📌 Role Description

A Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies to promote products, services, or the brand, driving customer engagement, sales, and business growth. This role combines strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure productivity and creativity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and emerging channels.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, email marketing tools).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of branding, PR, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
