Customer Success Manager (DACH Region/ Supporting Wider EMEA)

Germany | Remote
Montash is recruiting on behalf of a leading hybrid cloud security technology provider that delivers continuous visibility, prioritization, and remediation guidance across cloud and on-prem environments. As Customer Success Manager for the DACH region, you will own the customer journey, drive platform adoption and value realization, and ensure high retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute customer success plans, defining goals, KPIs and timelines; track progress and report on achievements
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), product demonstrations and technical deep-dive sessions
- Advise on best practices for vulnerability reduction, exposure management and remediation workflows
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, R&D and Marketing to address customer needs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and facilitate renewals
- Drive renewal process and maintain high retention rates (95%+ is their average); negotiate commercial terms and support contract extensions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Customer Success experience at a SaaS company
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of relationship building, customer advocacy and exceeding retention targets
- Commercially oriented, comfortable navigating renewals, upsells and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in German and English
- Self-sufficient, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
