🚀 Full-Cycle Sales Closer (UK, Remote)Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (UK-Based, available 9am–6pm UK time)

Reports to: Head of Sales (Co-founder)

Salary: ÂŁ30,000 + commission (OTE discussed at interview)

Mongoose Social is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping DTC e-commerce brands scale profitably through Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention channels.

We’re now looking for a full-cycle SDR to develop new business with cold and warm leads - and play a core role in our next phase of growth.

🧠 What You’ll Be Responsible For

This isn’t a vague SDR role. You’ll own the full sales journey and be accountable for closing deals - not just booking calls.

  • Running discovery calls and audit calls with warm leads
  • Managing leads in Go High Level and keeping them moving through the pipeline
  • Sending proposals and handling objections confidently
  • Following up via email, WhatsApp, and phone to maximise show rates and conversions
  • Rescheduling missed discovery calls where needed
  • Making outbound calls as needed to ensure high contact and closing rates
  • Confirming meetings ahead of time (email / WhatsApp / phone)
  • Daily reporting on pipeline, performance, and key sales metrics

đŸ§© What We’re Looking For

You should have experience closing deals in a service-based or agency setting. You’ll need to be proactive, personable, and confident speaking with founders, marketing leads, and C-level execs.

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B deals (ÂŁ1k/month+)
  • Confident on Zoom, great at reading people and asking the right questions
  • Comfortable managing a CRM and keeping pipeline tight (GHL experience ideal)
  • Obsessed with follow-up - you never leave revenue on the table
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and self-motivated
  • UK-based and available 9am–6pm UK time, fully remote
