About the Role
Money Confidence Project is seeking a consultant with deep LinkedIn expertise to help refine and execute our Business-to-Business LinkedIn strategy. We are looking for someone who can evaluate our current LinkedIn presence, recommend best practices for leveraging multiple accounts, and help us test strategies to increase engagement and generate B2B opportunities to support our mission-oriented 501(c)(3) organization. We are looking for organic, content, and editorial insight, as well as potentially some paid strategy and execution. This would include strategies to attract and sell to potential sponsors and funders for our programs and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine our B2B LinkedIn strategy, especially organic and editorial approach
- Recommend how to best utilize multiple LinkedIn accounts
- Develop recommendations for content, engagement, and audience growth
- Advise on LinkedIn lead generation tactics
- Help set up and test LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach target audience and grow page reach
- Provide recommendations on performance metrics and reporting
- Support other social media initiatives based on expertise and organizational needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing LinkedIn audiences and engagement for B2B / B2C organizations, especially mission-oriented companies, non-profits etc.
- Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation for purpose-driven organizations
- Experience managing or advising on LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices, content strategy, and analytics
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience across other social platforms for B2B preferred (google ads)
Engagement Details
- Remote Contract
- Estimated 5–10 hours per week
- 2–3 month engagement with potential for extension
