Mira Commerce is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our global marketing initiatives. As a leading ecommerce solutions agency, we work with enterprise clients and top technology partners to deliver world-class digital commerce experiences. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to demand generation and brand growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the company.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who already has hands-on experience across core digital marketing areas and is ready to take ownership of campaigns, content, and analytics within a fast-paced agency environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesContent Marketing & Brand Development
- Produce high-quality, SEO-driven content including website pages, blog posts, case studies, email copy, landing pages, and social media assets.
- Maintain content consistency aligned with Mira Commerce’s voice, brand positioning, and partner ecosystem.
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces, marketing guides, and industry insights relevant to ecommerce and digital transformation.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with Klaviyo (email marketing, social media, paid promotion, and content syndication).
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and nurturing sequences using platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
SEO, Web Analytics & Optimization
- Assist in SEO audits, including on-page, technical, and content analysis, to identify opportunities for organic performance improvement.
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and additional SEO tools.
- Assist with CRO initiatives, UX reviews, and website content updates to improve engagement and conversion.
Partner & Community Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing partner-related campaigns, co-marketing activities, and event promotions.
- Support the coordination of webinars, industry events, and community engagement efforts, including post-event follow-ups and content distribution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a must.
- 3+ years of experience (preferably working in agency environments)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or C2 level).
- Familiarity with SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, competitive analysis, and understanding of technical SEO factors.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and data interpretation for actionable insights.
- Strong experience working managing email marketing campaigns with Klaviyo (a Klaviyo certification is required)
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including segmentation, funnel optimization, and campaign tracking.
- Ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations and marketing materials.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to innovate and continuously improve marketing performance.
- Experience in B2B technology, ecommerce, Saas is a plus.
- Figma ecosystem experience (nice to have)
