Senior Digital Marketing Manager (AI Software)

We believe that with the right use of AI and automation. The role is both strategic and hands-on: you will

set the direction, drive execution, and ensure we remain ahead of the curve in AI-powered marketing.

Its a full-time, 100% remote jobSchedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (CET)

Compensation: 3000 USD during 2 month of probation period, 3000 USD + additional bonuses for reaching the KPI after probation

Responsibilities:

● Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and sales

targets

● Create and manage the content and campaign calendar to ensure consistent, high-impact

messaging across all channels.

● Analyze market and competitor trends to continually refine our value proposition and marketing

tactics.

● Drive the adoption of AI and automation across all marketing processes, identifying new tools and

opportunities for efficiency.

● Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI for all initiatives.

● Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Team to ensure marketing and business

goals are fully aligned. Report to Head of Sales

● Content Creation: Personally create marketing copy, blog articles, social media posts, and video

content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Synthesia, Canva).

● Design graphics and creatives using AI-powered design platforms.

● Campaign Management: Build and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation

platforms.

● Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn, Facebook/META) using AI-driven tools.

● Oversee social media scheduling, engagement, and community management via automation.

● SEO & Website: Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO.

● Update and optimize landing pages and website content.

● Reporting & Analytics: Set up dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and conduct A/B testing

using AI-powered analytics.

● Lead Generation: Automate lead collection, enrichment, and outreach processes.

● Process Automation: Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities in all

marketing workflows.

● Hire and manage external content creators or freelancers when live-action content, specialized

design, or other human-driven tasks are required.

● Coordinate with technical specialists (e.g., web developers, Automation Specialists) for complex

projects as needed.

● Work closely with one assistant to cover overflow tasks or specialized needs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

● Minimum 3+ years of experience as a markering director

● Experience with AI tools or a personal interest in AI (e.g., as a hobby) is a strong

advantage.

● Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).

●Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;

●You can work from home, don’t be distracted;

●Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
