Role Description

This is a commission-based remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients to schedule appointments, managing and updating schedules, and generating leads for the tutoring service. The role involves maintaining positive communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth appointment-setting process. The individual will work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to efficiently handle bookings and client communication.
• Proven experience with Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a professional and personable client experience.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing schedules and client interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in educational services or working with neurodiverse individuals is an advantage.

Pay

Commission ranges from £50-£300 per closed lead.
