As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leading teams, and knows how to turn client relationships into long-term partnerships.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for a pod of 6-8 clients (once ramped up)
• Oversee the execution of email marketing strategies
• Coordinate with our internal team of email marketers, designers, and copywriters
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and team workflows across multiple accounts
• Manage client relationships and increase client LTV
• Deliver monthly campaign calendars and performance reports
• Keep everything running smoothly using tools like Asana, Slack, and Figma

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of client account management experience
• Strong understanding of eCommerce email marketing
• Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal
• A true team player with a problem-solving mindset
