Role Description

You’ll be a booking agent from anywhere, with at least three years experience on the job. Our ideal candidates are agents who want to get on with booking shows, and want the support of a larger agency who will support, educate and help you to curate your growing roster. An agency who will take away the drudgery and provide community in the remote workspace.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Booking and routing live performances
• Pitching artists to promoters, venues, and festivals
• Communicating with artists and managers
• Negotiating fees and deal terms
• Using our internal systems to manage calendars and contracts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with in-browser booking systems and CRM tools
• Confidence in pitching and negotiating
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• A background in the live music industry is strongly preferred

Remuneration & Structure

• Freelance, commission-based: typically 70% to the agent (paid monthly post-show)
• We don't take commission on pre-existing bookings at time of joining
• Work remotely and manage your own schedule
• You’re responsible for your own tax affairs
• Please note: There is a lead time before income begins due to booking cycles
