Performance Marketing SpecialistLocation: Remote
We’re looking for a data-driven, solutions-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel performance campaigns across SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. You’ll also take ownership of content strategies and link building, playing a key role in improving organic and paid performance.
This is a strategy and execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in performance data, campaign flow, and SEO best practices, with the ability to communicate clearly when needed.

Key Responsibilities1.Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other PPC platforms
- Manage keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis for both paid and organic growth
- Oversee content strategies and coordinate with internal teams to plan and implement SEO-rich content
- Manage and refine link-building campaigns to increase authority and rankings
- Optimize on-page SEO including metadata, page structure, and technical elements
- Ensure tracking and attribution are properly implemented using UTMs, pixels, and conversion tools
- Collaborate with web, design, and content teams to ensure aligned delivery
2.Reporting, Insights & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, SEO Space, and Meta Ads Manager
- Create clear monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for improvement across channels and adapt strategies accordingly
- Track SEO and paid KPIs, ensuring alignment with client goals and campaign ROI
3.Strategy Collaboration & Client Support
- Join internal planning meetings to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall project direction
- Occasionally join client calls to present reports or provide performance context
- Communicate effectively with the Client Services team to inform ongoing strategy
- Raise blockers or performance concerns early and collaborate on cross-functional solutions
What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or SEO/PPC execution
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads
- Hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns (technical, on-page, off-page) and paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Strong background in content strategy and link-building best practices
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and present strategic recommendations
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Clear communicator, especially when it comes to reporting and strategic insight
- Fluent (native or near-native) in English, both written and verbal
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Squarespace, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Experience with email marketing automation or additional paid channels (e.g. Pinterest Ads)
- Background in CRO (conversion rate optimization) or funnel building
