Medimark is a female-owned, supportive marketing agency that helps doctors grow their practices with smart, ethical, and effective marketing. We’re on the lookout for a capable, creative, and organised Medical Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the medical industry—perhaps a former GP rep—or someone who understands the healthcare space and is looking for flexible, meaningful work in a values-led business.
About the Role
As a Medical Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be assigned up to four clients to manage and support. You’ll work across all aspects of marketing execution—from writing content and designing materials to managing digital assets and liaising with our digital partners. You'll also play a part in building Medimark's own brand and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials using Canva
- Write copy for websites, social media, newsletters, and email marketing
- Manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Maintain and optimise Google My Business listings and LinkedIn profiles
- Coordinate SEO and Google Ads activity with our trusted digital partners
- Engage and nurture the referrer network for your assigned clients (via phone and email)
- Manage client subscriptions and marketing assets
- Lead regular client check-in meetings and report on marketing activity
- Contribute to the development and growth of Medimark’s own marketing strategy
- Understand (or be willing to learn) AHPRA advertising guidelines and ensure compliance in all communications
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand coordination
- Experience in or a good understanding of the medical/healthcare landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients confidently
- Friendly, responsive, and a natural relationship-builder
- Willingness to learn new systems and ensure adherence to AHPRA guidelines
The Details
- Contract role: Minimum 20 hours per week across 3–4 days
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Potential for a permanent contract position with more hours for the right candidate
