Role Overview

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo and Iterable. This person will own client email strategies end-to-end—from planning and execution to reporting and optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across Klaviyo and Iterable for a portfolio of e-commerce and SaaS clients.
• Build and optimize email flows, newsletters, and automated campaigns to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client success teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, segmentation, and send times to continually improve performance.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics to ensure campaign success.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay on top of industry best practices in email marketing, compliance, and emerging trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and Iterable (required).
• Strong knowledge of email campaign best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing and deliverability best practices is a plus.
